does anyone know why my pic is soo small compared to the original pic? Its not down to my pic, cause the full pic is a good size, just when i uploaded it to the post it's been reduced.
I think to have a full English breakfast daily would be like asking for a heart attack....but once in a blue moon might not be too bad...especially on mornings like April 29 to celebrate the British Royal Wedding!
English breakfast can be pretty healthy if you make it yourself, I put the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms under the grill together and the fat drains away underneath, I have scrambled egg with it so no oil there and toast (not fried bread), I would say thats more healthy than most breakfast with a variety of protein and carbs - great start to the day!
Not really, people do eat it every day at a cafes, BUT they manage because they tend to be working class people who have physically demanding work which burns up the carbs. now if your eating a full English every day and your someone who sits at a desk all day then you had better be married already cus 2 years of no exercise and full English breakfasts is going to make you real fat.
