Too bad there's no english sub. Hmm not sure if he really understands Korean because he is speaking straight after them and if there were a translator it would take awhile. However, clearly he is speaking mandarin in the second video at 3minute.

watch the video again, he is clearly trying to speak korean even though its simple stuff. He uses mandarin when he doesn't know how to say what he wants or english.
Saw this a long time ago, he does speak a bit of Korean but not enough to be fluent in it. Still he's quite popular in Korea too.
