Hmm if he/she is banned how comes he/she is able to post and still have "banana" as the title. Note: The level of advertising in signature is getting more and more popular these days and I have seen numerous people doing it in a sly way. How? The context used within their posts do indeed make sense but if you analyse further you would have noted that they just joined, also the thread was brought back from the dead (usually 2006/2007 threads). Moreover, after they've posted they are gone. In my opinion, it would be a good idea to prevent members from putting links within their signature until they reached X amount of posts. This restrict spammers from advertising and reduce the risk of them spreading their website (free promotion). Genuine users would post anyhow and I don't think they would spam the posts just to be able to put a link on their siggy as it's time-consuming.
