    Synopsis
    The sudden death of the young Shunzhi Emperor (Sunny Chan) shocked the whole kingdom. The second prince, Fuquan (Kenneth Ma), was originally the successor for the throne, but Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang (Ching) changed the successor to the third prince, Xuanye, who subsequently becomes the Kangxi Emperor (Chan). Angry with this, Fuquan dispatchs a spy, Nip Dor-po (Steven Ma), and instructs him to gain Kangxi's trust.

    mm hopefully this series is good

    but reading the synopsis already made me sad =(, KangXi ascended the throne fair and square...there was no will, ShunZi died of smallpox and Xiao Zhuang put the young KangXi to throne...

    the only debated throne successor is Kangxi's son Yong Zheng

    Gunna give this series a try. Usually dont watch Ancient.. but since its summer break.. might as well

    Sunny dies.. so he'll only be there for a few episodes?!

    & Selena!! Haven't seen her act in soo long

    I watched episode 1. Beginning was kinda boring (i think) but it got better afterwards

    i also hated Steven's character in that series...well mainly because i think Steven over reacts in his series...hes just not a good actor lol...

    and i know more about three kingdom history than any other chinese history so that series bothers me =(
