I want to know if this series is about him after the incident in E.U or is it a total different plot. It seem to be different, unless it's a prequel.
i think this series takes place after the movie and not EU the reason why is because in episode one, he has memories of his ex girlfriend played by Fala in the movie
yeh but if you watch both again, the prequel has almost no relationship to EU, in EU i believe he said he only have head... in the movie, apparently he has 2 in Yuen Biao (Xin Sir) also in the series, i believe he was always with Jun Hing under Tian Goh for 10 years in the movie, he was under another gang, under numerous dai los i mean the ending of the movie does lead to EU, but to be honest, both stories seem to be not related
I swear Michael didn't die cos in the 'alternate' ending you see him talking and flipping that coin (also checking out himself on the mirror) posing as a cop in the uniform.
Its a spinoff from the eu series and the movies...i think it was trying to make a connection to the movie when he met fala.
I havent seen The Academy yet so dont know where they are placed. But its Turning Point > EU > Lives of Omi
Academy 1 > On the First Beat > (Turning Point) > EU > Lives of Omission > New TVB film thats coming up? Guess it makes sense. LOO is definitely after Turning Point since he refers to Karen in the first episode
It is focusing on laughing again. There was actually another film on Laughing i think. But it has completely NOTHING related to the series.
We know Laughing's GF(Fala) from the movie died and in episode one, he had a flashback... It's just confusing to viewers what TVB is trying to do here.
well ron and sammul guest starred in turning point as the street walking police and that was probably during on the first beat...
lol, doesn't really matter anyways! cos... seen or not seen - doesn't make any difference to the viewes. haha. but let's just watch it as it's a new fresh drama and not related to any off these sequel or prequel or movie.
@ nas.. right. We see Ron & Sammuel at the end of the movie and that was On The First Beat. Turning point goes along side with probably the first or second series... then skip some time to EU. Then this.
