so where were you when it happened? i still remember I just started school and was in gr7 I believe. Didn't even know what was going on and went home after school to watch the news for the whole night. Truly a sad day and it will be hard to cope with for the victim's families. It is already 10 years and I know it will always be remembered and hopefully September 11, 2011 will be a good day and not terrorist or negative activitie s will happen.
I remeber it that i was somehow in my parents room watching this all unfold, I dont remeber how? I was probably not even in school that day. Pretty shocking I didn't even no the huge effects it posed afterwards.
my condolences to all those who were affected. i was also in a classroom and i remember that the whole school was watching this on each classroom's television at the expense of teaching instruction. 9/11 will definitely be remembered.
woke up, mum was watching news, she was like petrified. i was 11, then we went to school and talked about where we were when it happened.
time flies... i was still in high school back then... was in front of the tv playing with the remote control and stumbled upon the news...
I was in HS too... havin lunch at home with my mum... n i was like wtf.... still remember that day... n it def doesnt feel as if its 10yrs ago.... since then the world got more n more fucked up... more misunderstandings about muslims and everyone's paranoid... I feel sorry for the victims n their families but also for the innocent muslims who were affected by this... because all of a sudden they were all seen as terrorists an the islam was seen as the root of evil by many people who know so little about those people....
10 years ago i was 7 and everyone was just watching the news while sik gan farn.... i didnt know what was going on nor did i know what was the world trade centre ... i just feel terrible that i didnt know that people were dying or that it was such a big tragedy
I was in junior high school during gym class on the 6th floor when this occurred and out of the windows we can see very far away from the ocean a heavy dark smoke coming off from a building. We had no clue what was going on but we all later found out it was an terrorist attack.
I was going to a school around city hall which was like a few blocks from the WTC, so I was there when it all happened, I still remember all thsoe people running across the Brooklyn Bridge.
wowsersss a decade eh....was just watching the news how this woman became a single parent to raise her 4 kiddies up coz they lost her hubby/daddy as he was part of the emergency team...=/ when it happened...i just got back from school and was eating dinner with my baba....
I was in class. Didn't know about it until after class and went to work. My boss then told me about it ...
I was in 6th grade... It happened around 9am or something right, I was still sleeping then. But when I got to class the whole atmosphere was like doom.. I was asking, what's up? And they said there was a terrorist attack at the WTC. I had no idea what was the WTC, but I was like ah terrorist attack. Ok...? I didn't really feel anything about it then, not until I saw the magazine cover of the WTC rubbles covered in snow that I felt sadness.
so many of us were in school / class. those were the days ... more innocent times. no gropings or see through clothes radiation xray machines at airports. wish I could turn back the clock ...
i wasnt in the states back then so i couldnt relate much. i just remember watching it on the news, stunned
Was about to go to school when I saw the first one hit and it was on the news. When I got to school the second plane hit
