OMG I know person from my work and he is soooooo annoying. I tried to stay away him but he doesnt get the message. He is very insensitive and doesnt feel ashamed to 'nonstop' bother people. Any suggestions to keep him stop bothering me?
Are we talking sexual harassment here, or is he just a loser with no friends trying to get people to like him? I mean, is he singling you out (which can be interpreted as sexual harassment) or does he do it to everyone (ie. just an employee more concerned with his socializing needs than company productivity).
I'd tell your manager!! Or maybe its best to just tell him off itd might be painful but its definitely the best thing to do!!!!
Advice is not only late, but wasted. The OP (if you check her profile page) who posted this question more than a year ago, has never bothered to ever post again in PA. That is, she posted her question and probably never even came back to this site, LOL...
Alot of terrible people at a workplace ... can't kept running to managers / HR. seriously ... just ignore it. you'll need to learn that soon enough ... save your battles for something that benefits you.
this is an easy solution, either just get really annoyed and yell at him and he'll stay away from you and be scared of you or be really annoying to him thats usually works for me if i don't like a person.
I have one of these at work. They don't get it when you like them. They just keep talking to you no matter what.
