Michael Tse's two series, in which he was the lead actor for Lives of Omission and The Rippling Blossom are 2011's highest rated series as of date. Yesterday he was a guest judge for the Perfect Lovers event. TVB executive Norman Leung will soon be hosting a celebration feast to entertain the entire Lives of Omission cast and crew. Asked if he'll take out his wallet and treat everyone a meal too? Michael laughed: "I eat from big to small. I'm just a small potato, I'll be last to treat a meal." When asked about the progress of the Laughing film sequel? Michael said: "We will start shooting next month, the final decision for the story and script has already been made. The role distribution is just about finished too. The story picks up from the TV series and goes on from there. (Sean Lau is part of the cast too?) I heard of this, but it's not confirmed yet. We will wait for TVB to announce it." It was reported that earlier when Fala Chen attended an event with Michael, she accidentally touched the sensitive lower part of his body? Michael explained: "No, that day I was wearing low-crotch pants."
Yea man, michael definitely deserves the award especially since his two series had pretty high ratings.
Hoping Sean Lau will be in the movie.. Francis Ng is already confirmed to be in it so Sean Lau + Francis Ng now they just need Simon Yam and it would be an epic Cop movie but then they would outshine Michael so I doubt it will happen. :(
i didn't think the first laughing movie was that good despite the star studded cast. i hope this one will be better.
with these movies tvb should hire film writers instead of series writers and not rush it... rather have quality over quantity!
Ya, that's true. They're keeping us up to date as what goes on, which makes us wanting to watch it. And this gets more movie viewers. =)
