Free word processor?

    Which free word processors would you guys recommend? I was using IBM Lotus Symphony but I don't really like it... what do you think?

    Open office? Or you can easily get microsoft word from torrents or something.

    Try Microsoft Words 2010 trial, if u don't like seek for others, if you like then buy the full version. TBH I don't think there is anything good which is free (legally).

    OpenOffice ... of course I don't use much word processing. It's a little different; but I think it's because we're all so used to MS Office

    that only comes with oems though right you cannot dl it for free if you dont buy a new system...

    well theres also an office clone called libre office

    Open office is very similar to word and super easy to use,

    I personally prefer Google docs since its cloud based and everything is saved to one location on the cloud, eliminates the need to carry a USB around to transfer files

    yeah open office is good.

    google docs is good if u are online 24/7
