Yesterday, TVB released its ratings performance last week. The ratings for three of the company’s programs were terrible. Sitcom, Be Home for Dinner <誰家灶頭無煙火> averaged 25 points, which increased 1 point from the week before. Featuring Pierro Ngo (敖嘉年) and Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣), River of Wine <九江十二坊> averaged 26 points, which also rose by only 1 point, with nearly 1.66 million viewers tuning in. Starring Raymond Lam (林峯) and Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華), Men With No Shadows <不速之約> had average ratings of 26 points. The ratings did not rise or fall from the week before. The highest rating peaked at 30 points, with approximately 1.91 million viewers watching the program. Aside from plagiarism outcries, the ratings for Men with No Shadows were not very good. Lacking a recent shortage of singers appearing on Jade Solid Gold <勁歌金曲>, the ratings for the music program was terrible. Broadcast every Friday, Jade Solid Gold only pulled average ratings of 11 points, slipping 1 point. On the other hand, ATV sponsored The University of Hong Kong to conduct a research project entitled, “Television Audience Research.” The ratings survey revealed that ATV news programs, 2011 Moving Hong Kong <2011感動香港> attracted approximately 1.44 million viewers. ya, these three dramas aren't really that good. I don't like how Jade solid gold keeps reviewing back songs from the 80's and 90's. =)
Hopefully not lol The first one was ok but the 2nd one was pretty crap lol I think Kevin Cheng ruined the 2nd one hahaha
doesnt surprise me even one bit... both of the series suck! i am looking forward to war n beauty whens it cominggggg... argh
TVB seriously have HUGE problems those series are getting bored each time but my mom said river of wine was actually quite good hihi i also wanna watch fh3 but it has to be good please
only watched ep 1 and 2 for River and wine yday, gave up. Men with no shadow, i only watched it cos of bobby...story line is confusing.
River of Wine is boring. gave up. I agree. These 2 aren't THAT good. Guess have to wait for the Gods & Forensic to see ifthey can save Tvb
don't see what's wrong with the current drama's that are airing right now... I guess hk people are too lazy to think to know what's going on in <shadows> and with <river> I guess it's the same.. lazy to know what they are saying since it's ancient times. haha. but both of these drama's are getting good! shame these ratings are only in HK.. if it was overseas too, it would have more rating!
It has been awhile but I thought The Mysteries of Love was pretty decent. At least it wasn't the silly fluff TVB keeps making these days...
