Whether it is when you are judging yourself or when you are judging others (finding a gf/bf), how important are the "looks" factor? Plastic surgery is becomming more and more common nowadays, with teens as young as 12-13 going to get surgery done on their face. Are looks really that important?
look will fade alway by time but personality will alway stay wif you untill u to the very end untill ur bones rot
loooks come first then personality and then u forget about the looks and like the girl b/c of her personality
Looks are very very very important. It is the most important factor by far. However, you have to be naturally beautiful...because you'll be in for a horrible surprise when you have kids with Miss. Plastic surgery.
for myself, looks is important. but i don't really care about other ppl's look tho, as long as their personality is nice, and the type of person that i would like to hang out with is all it matters.
Yea I definitely know someone who has gotten plastic surguries done ever since they were small because of some birth complications. I told her though that I think what counts is on the inside. That is, personality rather than her looks. But at the same time, I understand that humans are really superficial so I can't blame her.
to me looks r very very important... coz i sell skincare products for a part-time job and i doubt anyone would buy anything from me if i rock up to my customers with greasy hair and face... but when it comes to bf looks r not so important... as long as he not butt ugly, nice and neat then it's ok...
To me, looks are important, but not to a plastic surgery extreme. I mean, some people have foot surgery cause their feet are ugly. -what? I would never go to that extreme... Beauty, IMO has not much to do with looks itself. The most beautiful people are not the ones with the prettiest faces. The guys I hang out with are not strikingly attractive, but they are nice and fun to be around, which matters more to me than how handsome they are.
Looks are important. It shows you how much a person respects himself/herself. People that take care of themselves physically carry a different aura. One that's more confident and goal oriented. Overwhelming majority of people don't need plastic surgery to look acceptable. If you know how dress well, watch what you eat, take care of your hair and skin, exercise, etc... almost anyone can atleast do a 7 on the 10 scale. Your personality is definately important, but you'll never get to show how freakin cool you are if you always look like trash because no one will give you the time of day.
nothing wrong with that... everyone sees beauty in a different way... no need to get a plastic surgery unless ur face is badly scarred... even this ugly guy was once married... and has a sun
who said anything about plastic surgery..he/she may be butt ugly to the rest of us...but to their significant other...the most beautiful/handsome person...lesson...fuck what ppl think....u have ur perception of beauty and thats all that matters...
I like that. Have to admit that looks are very important in life though. As much as people say it doesn't affect them, I'm sure it does in practically every aspect of their life. I'd love to see how you look. -rolleyes
