Er... I don't know if you followed the trial, but MJ was absolutely a drug addict. The case basically revolved around the fact that a star struck Murray gave up his professionalism and allowed MJ to feed his addiction. For his part, Jackson didn't want a doctor, he wanted a licensed prescription writer to get him what he wanted. So, in effect, he did overdose; but by and with Murray's hand. In the other issue talked about with Klein (IMHO, another star struck medico), who gave Jackson tons of narcotics for simple procedures; he should also have his license sanctioned. In effect, both Murray and Klein were enablers who sold their medical licenses to a very well heeled drug addict, ie. Jackson.
