this is more of a rant.. its the 30yr olds thats got most experience and people want to watch. And when paired with these young'ns who have no emotion, can't speak chinese properly just makes everything look bad. Lets face it TVB ain't what it used to be. I'm surprised a lot of older pple are making a comeback on there. Again reason probably due to the face that these up n coming stars have no experience. At the same time a lot of these veterans don't want to step down cause thats all they have going for them. So everyone's trying to fight for them roles.
no they shouldnt. You need a strong cast as main, and the young actor/actress to be 2nd/3rd support. With veterans leading, its good for the show and good for the younger actors. If you give too big of a role for beginners, it will be too much pressure on them. Look at Raymond, TVB heavily promoting him, giving him lead roles, but in fact, he sucks
seems like new bloods are usually the crappiest actors. I think they need to improve their acting schools and actively scout/train potential talents at a younger age so by the time they hit 20-25 they won't be as crappy as they are now.

Yeah. TVB should go scout in China and train them and get better writers. use better HD quality shit. uploaders should help TVB by uploading HD quality ep spend more money on close up angles and different shots TVB uses ugly female Myolie < this b is ugly Kate < sounds sloppy and is ugly Tavia < her nose too big Michael Tse < only know him as Laughing TVB should push these actresses Coffee Lam Skye Chan Oceane Zhu Kibby Lau Christine Z storylines are mostly the same they just need attractive actors/actresses and bigger budget film some quality type drama so we can wet our pants

I agree. Cantonese is a threatened language as it is already cuz we yield to speaking / acting in mandarin for those too dumb to learn Cantonese. I say if they want to act in HK or be in Cantonese series /movies, they should learn our language properly. It's annoying enough as it is watching mandarin speaking actors & actresses in Cantonese series mess up the pronunciation of our language. Enough is enough. Besides, most of them suck at acting anyway.
