It's actually a rather scientific documentary look at the Candiru Fish, recording the first positive medical proof (previously had only been known anecdotally) that such creatures really do invade humans by the peculiar mechanism of swimming up their urine stream, transiting their urethra, and then parasitically ensconcing themselves into the host's bladder.
