Singer Raymond Lam attended the CNTV music awards The 8th Hit Song King . Golden Melody Awards Ceremony in Guangzhou and won 3 awards including the "Golden Melody Award", "My Favorite Male Singer" and "Hit Song Mighty King (HK)". Unfortunately, Raymond was ill and was unable to perform since he lost his voice. Raymond said: "My voice was so hoarse that I lost it. I don't want to lip sync, so I rather not sing at all! I just got off the stage right after the award was presented. (Unfortunate?) Yes! I hope to hold a concert here, but it would be best for my company to hold an EEG All Star show first." As for HKRIA and TVB broke the ice, as a TVB 'biological son', Raymond frankly said he supports and is not worried about the increased competition: "Awards is not important to me."

U may agree that his acting isn't there, I sometimes agree that too. But his singing is different from his acting, i like it.

^ i think the opposite....everytime when he sings, he sounded like he's running outta breath or he's trying too hard.....i like his acting more.

Nothing special about the award it basically means he is popular in China. Now all the award full of crap. Let wait till we see the TVB award. We Will see who had longer contract with them.
