I don't think so but it depends. If your having a fantasy with like your bf's buddies then I think that's a little closer toward cheating but not totally. If your thinking about super hot male hollywood stars then no.

i wouldn't consider it cheating but if you fantasize about other guys when you have already have a boyfriend then you shouldn't be in that relationship in the first place.
Remember its not cheating until you get caught. Jk!! Relationships usually starts from physical attraction and moves on to mental attraction. When you are having physically/mentally attraction about others then that's consider borderline cheating.

This is very subjective to people. If both of you are long term in relationship and are looking to get married, then the answer would be yes. However, if one of them treated this relationship the other way around, then the answer would be no.
No one is perfect. Cheating is cheating. I love my girl but I do like to look sometimes. I can say it is wrong to think and act on it. I don't like what I do but again, no one is perfect.
