lol, just like the 1st one eh?? I did say... not getting my hopes up on this.. read my previous post: here | and here. But I will still be watching it though
This movie is a BIG dissapointment... It carried on where the TV series left off... nothing to do with what the first movie was about.. why call it Turning Point 2? they should have just use this and made it episode 31...
Just finished the movie. The dialogues had lots of meaning. Agree with gd6noob, should have just extended the series. Movie isn't that great, not a movie material film, should have been just on TV. But hey, milking the last out of Laughing Gor, the last money making from this.
Had very high hopes i mean very high, didnt get TOO Disappointed but did get abit tho, it was interesting but ... i don't know it just feels too empty, not complete as an ending of the laughing series. I'll give it a 6/10
Just finished watching this movie. This IS definately the last of the Laughing series, he died. Shot on the spot! He done his best to safe Kate (hor hor) from getting shot by taking the gun away from her. There seem to be a subliminal message in this movie. Also the MLK (I think it is anyways, I remember the emphasis of "I have a dream") speech at the end. I give it a 7 tops out of a 10!
Just when you think Laughing character is gone! They are making another one!! This time it's Laughing gor and Law Ba (Kevin Cheng from Ghetto Justice) !! Crossover film together! ...hmmm....
I just watched this a couple of days ago lol Even with low expectations, this was a pretty crap movie lol They tried to make this movie "deep" and be meaningful, but the storyline simply doesn't fit a Laughing Gor movie. If the storyline was in another movie, maybe it'll do better. Also, it seems like Laughing Gor isn't even the main character cos Francis Ng's character is actually more interesting than Laughing lol No surprise if they tried to make a Turning Point 3 where Laughing Gor survived lol No doubt I will watch it no matter how much I think the idea is stupid lol
