It has been rumored that Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) along with costar, Ying Er (颖儿), got along especially well ever since filming China drama, Hero <英雄>. Previously, Kevin Cheng had dinner together with the cast, whilst appearing particularly close with Ying Er, causing rampant romantic gossips. Friday, all the cast of Hero, including Kevin, Ying Er, Michael Tse (謝天華), and Ken Chu (朱孝天) had dinner during a restaurant serving Chiu Chow cuisine, reported by Next Magazine. Michael unknowingly stood in between rumored couple, Kevin and Ying Er, who continued to speak to each other. Whenever a pigeon dish was served throughout dinner, Ying Er was hesitant to eat the pigeon using her hands. Kevin showed how to suck on the pigeon bone, upon which Ying Er wholeheartedly acted upon his example. She toasted her glass to thank him afterwards. After dinner time, the pair chatted with one another and lingered out in the open on the street. Consuming an excessive amount alcohol during the meal, Ying Er lost her balance while attempting to board a taxi cab, where Kevin instantly raced forward to help her. Like a gentleman, Kevin also opened the door for Ying Er to board the taxi cab. On the Rise to Stardom Ying Er Twenty-three-year-old Ying Er played the historical beauty Xi Shi in China drama, Hero, and had a number of scenes with Kevin, as a result leading to romantic rumors. Earlier, tabloids revealed that Kevin had behaved arrogantly while filming. Ying Er was quick to protect Kevin, writing on her Weibo blog site, “Kevin it not just an easy going person, he is extremely easy going! He often offered lunch to the crew members and additionally distributed lucky packets during the Lunar New Year. Stating that he behaved arrogantly on set is definitely an obvious lie!” Ying Er was formerly known as Liu Ying (刘颖) and was born in Changde, Hunan. The upcoming star graduated at Central Academy of Drama in 2005. Under Eva Huang’s (黃聖依) boyfriend’s management organization, Ying Er had teamed up with Kevin’s ex-girlfriend, Niki Chow (周麗淇) in Book and Sword <書劍恩仇錄>. Ying Er just recently delivered an sexy, daring performance with Francis Ng (吳鎮宇), who unhooked her bra in Crazy Stupid Thief <瘋狂的蠢賊>. Unknown Relationship With Charmaine Sheh While Kevin was romantically rumored with Ying Er, tabloids at the same time reported that he and Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) had reignited their past romance, saying that Charmaine had actually secretly stopped at Kevin’s hotel in Hengdian via a hidden passageway! Charmaine laughed over the rumors on Weibo while Kevin revealed that if they were to meet up for dinner, they can do it in an upright manner.
