It wasn't even's Lupul fault. They can actually boo everyone but Lupul. Lupul had a comeback season.. Leafs were still scoring and actually in the playoff chase before he got injured. Kessel suffered through Lupul cause of the great chemistry. I would actually vote Lupul as one of our best players this season.. Pens and Flyers are a must watch series.. what a comeback win for the Flyers.. Thought Nucks would win.. but i'm I like both teams in this series so it doesn't matter Maybe D.Sedin was crucial. Preds and Wings were a better game to watch overall compared to Pens&Flyers.. but definitely that game turned out to be the better one

OT: Is it just me or does anyone else get the impression that the Canucks are like the neglected kid back in grade school who wants to be part of the cool kids group? Pens down 0-3. That's crazy. It woulda been 2-1 Pens but they couldn't hold in the league. Crosby getting physical again but i'm not sure if he should because i think he should safely heal over the summer for a better 2012-2013 season. Anyways.. game 3. 59 penalty minutes for Flyers, 86 for the Pens which adds up to 100+ PIMS in game 3 along with 6 game misconducts. That stats is crazy.
Sick, Pens and Nucks 1 game away from GG. I was indifferent for the Pens/Flyers game, but seeing Crosby whining like he always does, and Asham on mini-Schenn, I wanna see Flyers win. As for Canucks, feels gooood to see them lose. That ought to put them Nucks fans in their place.
Just finished watching the ESPN documentary "Catching Hell" on TSN. Definitely an eye-opening documentary on sports, the need for scapegoating and the disgusting human nature. http://espn.go.com/espn/espnfilms/story/_/page/catchinghell/catching-hell This in and of itself would make a very interesting topic of discussion. The documentary covers the event in which a fan interferes a baseball play, and made public enemy number one in the city. Though it's about baseball, the human need for seeking a scapegoat from which to direct negative emotions, applies to hockey, and every other sports. This documentary is fitting, especially for the Leafs, and last year's Vancouver riot. I know no one's going to care at all about this, but I find it interesting to try and understand why fans react the way they do, and it's disgusting.
I agree The Cubs are The Maple Leafs of Baseball...but their drought is alot worst 100+ yrs. lol makes the leaf drought look like nothing but they can catch up to the cubs!
