your eligible aslong as you have "this person is allowed permanant residence in hk" [or something along those lines] written on the back of your card. i think it's written in gold. unfortunately i don't have it :( so no moolah for me.....but my husband gets it lets hope he shares! and i think if you have a bank of china account you don't need to physically go to hk to collect. my in laws are going back soon and they're taking my husbands and my mothers registry form with them to hand into the bank so the money will just be deposited into their accounts
u open account here, that open account in hk (the account here will give you the account status in hk, otherwise if you do not have gov't related bills in your name or have any bank accounts in hk, they will not allow you to get an account opened); sign paper, get your money deposited; transfer to CAD if you need why is your money managed by her?
