Can anyone tell me how the search function in the Movie Valley app works ? I was trying to find "Ip Man" last weekend, but it was not finding it. Maybe it does not exist in the Movie Valley library, but I doubt that.
I have ordered the TVPAD on Saturday and 5 minutes later I receive and call at 1:30am in United Kingdom time i didn't answer my phone to confirm my order but do they still ring me back if I still miss their call again....
In my case they left a voice mail and never called back. So they never shipped my TVPad until I contacted them through their online helpdesk (green button on this page: http://www.tvpad.hk/tvpad/01/index.html). If you cannot read Chinese, then use Google Chrome which has the feature to translate on-the-fly. Or maybe you are lucky enough to find someone that can write back in English.

I am not in the UK, but in Holland. I have a 55 inch TV and the quality of the life streams are maybe comparable to old analog channels. For the monthly price of 0 Euros, I am not complaining. As for the VOD, it really depends what you watch. Some of the movies (supposedly HD) are very good quality (comparable to 720p maybe), but some of the movies/show are less quality. And yes, Lily TV app is dead for now. Last I heard was that they took it offline to work on improving it before they bring it online again. Not sure if that is the case anymore. If it's any comfort, the Lily TV app streams were unstable for 99% of the users. So did you manage to confirm your address within that minute ? EDIT: OK, just read your previous message. You can track your package through the DHL site.
i tried yesterday but they hang up on me and i tried it today it took them 1 hour to find out the package number and they called me miss instead off mr and got the tracking number and hang up straight away and got angry @bl888 when i receive it i'll have a try and then tell you if it works the streaming or VOD i live in uk as well
This message says, they will have a new purchase serivce that they will delivery and install on site for you, and you pays after the installation on site. but it doesn't say which country or area has this new purchase serivce thou. nothing for you and me to concern.
yea you will find a lot of TVB series, only new released series most likely will have a canto verion, old series mostly in mandarin. and for those series that is ongoing you will most likely find them archived 1-2 days after the broadcast. I think the quality is 720p-ish
well.. I am sure they must have it. I tried to find it for you but my Movie Valley crached after I browed 860 ish movies, I didn't found the "Ip Man" but I did find "Ip Man 2" and "Ip Man prolog". if you go to the "hot favorite" section and choose the "action" category and "Ip Man 2" should be at 853 of 1866 movies and "Ip Man prolog" should be around 857-ish of 1866 movies, and I leave the "IP man" for you to find I am sure it should be somewhere between 857 to 1866 GL
Thanks for the effort. Your fingers must hurt after browsing so much, lol. I can't imagine the search function to be that useless though. I'll ask on the official TVPad forum later on. I'm definitely not willing to browse that much!
hehe..yea it took some time to browse through it, at least it has paging so you will just jump 7-8 movies at a time. but yea it is impossible to search for a movie in that app atm. btw I saw in TVPADs forsum someone mentioned that "电视精选 work on my M121 v2.70 just fine, not all channels working of'course" does any1 nows where to download this 电视精选 app? it seems has lots of channels. but I can't find the app.
PM AresROC, he registered to our forum recently. He's the one who made the youtube video about the beta Youtube app. So I wonder if that 电视精选 app is also in beta or so. Don't forget to share once you find out about the app
