of course. according to this dated article, juvenile crimes are at a rise. it is only natural that the courts are charging kids more and more.

and FYI, younger does not mean exemption from the law. anyone who can act and think, is bound by the law. even a 3 year old.

todays kids are damaged goods.i hope that there is a cure for these sick and twisted minds but i doubt that.
