    I don't think that was the case:

    If he thought the gun was empty, IMHO, when the first bullet hit her and she started to fall, he would have stopped shooting. But no, he continued shooting until the gun was emptied of bullets because he meant it; he wanted her dead.
    I disagree;, the gun is an inanimate object that does not do anything if left alone. It's the stupid American laws that let retards like this 12 year old get his hands on a gun (through his retard parent owners) that is retarded. But... as long as Gun Manufacturers have congresses ear, average Americans will continue to die needless deaths from gun violence day after day.

    The only way to guarantee no gun violence is to remove the guns. -nono
