Sorry to hear that they lost BJ Ryan and other good players on the Bluejays team temporarily. I think they going to be ok once Frank Thomas get back into his groove.

    Go WhiteSOX!!

Yanks fan through and through... been one since Paul O'Neill was traded from the Reds... god I really miss his heart on the team... Jeter's great, but O'Neill was all about baseball... and if he was still here, ARod wouldn't have been such a little b**** the last few years...

Now I just hope we get Wang and Mussina back quick... Pavano really gotta stop hurting himself... jeebus -_-2

Yanks are forgetting about chemistry. No chemistry, no championships. They are trying to buy championships and I think that's kinda weak of them.

the game tonight, jays vs. dice-k was kinda fun... havent seen so much ppl showing up for a regular game (besides the home opener) in a long time... but between chacin, dice-k, and absent offence, that game was slow...

well they have stopped spending the last 2 years... and we've finally stopped giving up our prospects... so things are looking up... chemistry wise, agreed... but things maybe getting better, although this season is ARod's final year to get adjusted or we're just letting him go... sometimes i wish we shoulda kept Soriano... just sometimes though -^_^

Actually it's not the Yankee's option, it's Arod's. If he wants to stay, the Yankees can't do anything about it.

I think the A-rod wouldn't have a problem with New York if he wasn't so weak mentally, I'll admit that the fans ride him too hard sometimes, but that carries over from the playoffs, when you're the highest paid player in baseball you can't go 5-43. And if he didn't do that interview with Esquire, he and Jeter would still be close friends. He's definitely going back for free agency, if the Yankees want him back they'll have to pay even more. We'd survive without him when our pitching prospects make the rotation.

Arod probably won't opt out if he has a bad year. It's time to get Phillip Hughes up in the majors, especially with 3 of the starters on the DL

we can always trade ARod... the guy is still on pace to becoming the greatest player ever if u take out the playoff choking part... and Texas is STILL paying part of the contract so it's not a bad deal for a team needing an allstar shortstop... which is a lot of teams really -^_^

since we have so many pitching problems right now... i just hope Clemens is starting to grow pinstripes and comes in in 2 months :)

In 2 months Clemens might not be needed. Wang and the rest of the starters should be back, some of the rookies might look good and instead of sending them down the Yanks might keep them. I'm interested in seeing how well the Yanks will hit Dice-K. The American League Wild Card Race should be really competitive this year.

Many teams' bullpens are struggling. Not much available bullpen help. Brad Lidge is probably best reliever that is probably available, but he has problems with consistency

The prades have a great bullpen, I would love to have Cla Meredith over Farnsworth. I'm glad the Red Sox traded him for Doug Mirabelli.

Wow, Mark Buehrle has a no-hitter complete game. Amazing. I think this is the season for him to redeem himself. Go WHITESOX!
