I'm pretty excited for the coming season! Jonas Valanciunas will be a welcome addition. Might take a bit of time for him to really blossom though, as is the case for many big men. But can't wait to see him in a Toronto uniform!
i actually like BC! no one saw nash going to lakers so you can't really blame the landry contract. despite the contract, i still like the landry addition. lowry, landry, and valanciunas will make this raptors team stronger at rebounding and i don't doubt that they'll be a fun team to watch.
We have a guard who can't shoot, rebound, or defend right now. Even if Fields bounces back I doubt he will be worth that money. BC made a very risky move signing him and it didn't pay off. In order to save his job he rushed to make a playoff team for next year and it cost the franchise $20 million. He also gave out terrible contracts to Turk, Bargs, and Calderon. He let Bosh just walk away instead of trading him. Toronto had that one mediocre year with him as GM, but ever since he's shown nothing but reasons to be fired.
