Where can I find 5* HK/Chinese Recipes? I'm wanting to try to cook new food which are good enough for restaurants ect. Something different and not like the typical things you find in menu's in the UK (London). -sleep Thanks.
5* food come from 5* chefs =) if that is what you are expecting. google recipe's and start innovating
typical things like chinese takeaway food doesnt really count as proper chinese food...its more catered for english people... but should try asking your parents or grandparents for recipes cos home cooking is 5* and more 'chinesey'
I'm sure you meant traditional chinese food... Usually all you have to know is certain dishes name and you search it up online And not all Chinese restaurants are the typical one you have to search hard for those traditional cooking ones
