just watched it myself i think its pretty good and his appartment sure is small compared to mine. I dont think its really all that practical as you cannot use multiple rooms at once and the sofa space for things is too small to invite many friends around. I am sure the appartment is larger than what we saw as there is no way you can fit 3 people into that one room and that one room was not 300sqf

 

finally an hk person makes me proud after all those stupid kids posting on youtube

i actually had literally 24room divisions in mind...lol
thats very smart but not very practical...

 

perhaps i'll look more into architecture myself in the future. props to the guy for coming up with all of this.

I bet its a pain in the ass when you change tv or anything else, as its all custom fit

 

it's annoying when you need something and have go keep moving it around but it's pretty cool.
