Since announcing her marriage plans, Ada Choi has exuded a vibrant smile. The media has been relentless in pursuing Ada Choi Siu Fun since her surprise wedding announcement last week. Ada and fiance, Zhang Jin, will be holding upcoming wedding banquets in both Hong Kong and Chungking, China. The wedding banquet in Chungking is rumored to cost multi-millions, with many family and friends present. Zhang Jin's father, Mr. Zhang was full of praise for his future daughter-in-law. Apparently, Ada discussed wedding plans with Mr. and Mrs. Zhang several months ago. Mr. Zhang was a retiree and possessed traditional values. Mr. Zhang requested that Jin and Ada hold an elaborate wedding and invite all family and friends to attend. Of course, the filial Ada and Jin did not refuse Mr. Zhang's request. Ada described Jin as a "treasure." The pair shared the same religion and were Christians. In the last 20 years, the number of Hong Kong women who married mainland Chinese men increased by 9 times.
