On June 11, Moses Chan (陳豪) and Aimee Chan’s (陳茵媺) wedding was witnessed by family and several friends at the 800 year-old Chateau de Vincennes in Paris, France. The five-day, four-night celebration had a reported cost of $3 million HKD. Moses returned back to Hong Kong today, while Aimee flew to Canada to stay with her parents. At the airport, Moses was all smiles and did not deny that Aimee is pregnant. Hush on Baby Rumors Flocked by reporters, Moses proudly flashed his wedding band. “Our story is very beautiful; she is my queen.” Moses said that he spent a long time planning their wedding in France, which is of great significance to them since their love story began there. Asked if Aimee is resting in Toronto due to her pregnancy, Moses laughed nervously. “I’m very happy, but I cannot talk about the other [news] yet. Ssshhh!” Prompted that he can take a honeymoon with the family of three, Moses laughed, “That’s not a honeymoon! A honeymoon should be between mommy and daddy. Many happy things happened all at once this year. Heaven has been very good to me; I’m very grateful.” Moses declined to reveal where they will go for their honeymoon. In the next few months, Aimee will be resting in Toronto, Canada. Moses, on the other hand, will remain in Hong Kong due to work. Moses said that Aimee will return to Hong Kong later, but he did not specify when. Despite his previous business failure in Malaysia, Moses has not given up on his dreams to open a new coffee shop, in which he will give half of his new business shares to Aimee. They will open their coffee shop in Central’s Lyndhurst Terrace or Causeway Bay. Moses said, “At the beginning of last year, I started planning it. I thought at the end of this year, it would be ready. But too many things happened, so I have to postpone it a bit.” Will Aimee be helping Moses manage his coffee business? Moses said, “I can do the strenuous work; she can rest. If she can handle it, I believe she can be a mom and an artist.” TVB to Arrange Hong Kong Wedding Celebration? Moses is reportedly negotiating for a contract renewal with TVB. The 42-year-old actor had openly expressed earlier that he was not very interested in extending his management contract, but Apple Daily reported that Moses, in hopes to earn more “milk money,” has finally agreed to work for TVB, under the condition that he will be able to work in mainland China. Apple Daily further reported that TVB still has plans to air an exclusive broadcast of Moses and Aimee’s extended wedding, although the couple had rejected the offer earlier. It is said that TVB has already booked a five-star hotel for Moses and Aimee to hold a Hong Kong celebration, which would be held in August.
