Alex Fong and Stephy Tang are selling secondhand clothes Gold Label singers Alex Fong, Stephy Tang, Edmund Leung, Miki Yeung, Chelsea Tong and record producer Mark Lui opened a second-hand shop in Tsim Sha Tsui. The shop will open for 2 months, selling clothes and shoes, in which some of the clothes still have the original price tags and labels attached to them. Yesterday, some singers went to the shop to promote their sale which had attracted a lot of fans and onlookers too. Alex told reporters that he has a very sensitive nose. Everytime he tries sorting out his old clothes, he would start sneezing within 10 minutes. As his mom is not in Hong Kong at the moment, he risked having a sneezing fit to sort his clothes out. Alex reckons that he has more swimming trunks than Mark has clothes, especially after Mark had donated a lot of his clothes to charity. Speaking of wearing old clothes, Alex disclosed that many of his clothes had only been worn a few times. He then put them away and took them out again to wear after 2 years. Apart from clothes and trainers, he has taken out a lot of swimming trunks. The reporter asked him why he took out his swimming trunks for sale. He replied, "Like my underwear, I have many swimming trunks. Most of my swimming trunks are brand new and still have the labels on. This is due to the fact that I am fat one minute and thin the next. That is why I bought different-sized swimming trunks." Alex was asked if he was selling swimming trunks that he had worn before, and he replied that he had washed them and reckoned it was good enough for the charity sale. Alex went on to say that he has a lot of swimming goggles at home that he would take out to sell in the summer. Stephy Tang has been busy at home sorting out her old clothes. She took out 3 big bags of clothes for the charity shop. Stephy disclosed that she didn't really want to part with some of her clothes, but reckoned that she probably won't wear them anyway.
