Although Alex Fong (方中信) has paved a successful career in Mainland China, the Hong Kong native returned to TVB last year to film Law dis-Order <律政強人>. The legal drama, which also stars Liu Kai Chi (廖啟智), Raymond Cho (曹永廉), Mandy Wong (黃智雯), and Florence Kwok (郭少芸), has received positive reviews from both the public and TVB management, prompting producer Marco Law‘s (羅永賢) interest to film a sequel. Alex did not comment on whether he would film a sequel. When asked what terms he will negotiate if invited to film for TVB again, Alex candidly said, “Money. I’ll work 13-hour days, which is an hour more than I typically do in Mainland China. At TVB, an artiste usually has to work 14 to 15 hours a day.” On whether he has any requests to work with specific costars, Alex joked, “I can’t have too many requests. I never received a Best Actor award!” While promoting the drama at an event recently, the cast’s easygoing friendship was revealed. The cheeky Alex divulged that while bored on set one day, he had looked up Mandy’s bikini photos from her Miss Hong pageant days as a joke. He said, “Mandy is considered a more recent Miss Hong Kong contestant. The fact that I found Florence’s [bikini photos] is what’s scary!
