Friday December 29, 2006 Hong Kong Alex Fong Extremely High @ After Party Yesterday it was reported that music companies, Universal Music (環球) and Go East (正東) were not satisfied with the results of Metro’s award ceremony and so, did not attend the after party. Alex Fong attended the after party and it was said that he was extremely high because he had won an award. During the party, Alex was seen having drinks with many, partying happily with his company’s singers and taking photos non stop. Regarding his achievements, Alex expressed that he is satisfied. Alex then brought up last years incident at the award ceremony, when he was in the restrooms when his name was announced. Coincidently, this year, Alex was just about to ‘do his business’, his name was called out again and so, he had to hold it in as he rushed to the stage. During an interview, he laughed and said, “Luckily I was able to hold it in!” Regarding accusations of Leo Ku being favoured, causing him to receive so many awards, Alex expressed that judges are different at each award organisation but he is thankful that his company has given him chances throughout the year. credits: takungpao, asianfanatics.
seems like gold label artist getting more recognition now..that's a good thing!but i still cant believe that mariam and edmond only won award for their duet..their other song singles are not bad..
