Alex Fong, Kathy Chow and HotCha attended "Golden King of Tea" competition press conference yesterday. The competition is organized by Radio Hong Kong. People who attended the event all sampled a cup of tea. Alex expressed that he is interested in opening a cafe restaurant, but his mother reckoned it would involve a lot of hard work in order to make money. The reporter asked Alex whether he would invite Stephy Tang to be in charge of the dessert ? Alex replied "I will do the drinks and she will be responsible for the dessert." Alex disclosed that when he was a swimmer, he had a nick name called "Gun powder swimmer". This is because he kept advertising Hong Kong's local cuisine to the western swimmers. He said "Hong Kong not only has plenty of good food, it has many beautiful girls too." Alex has plan to open up a cafe restaurant with his mother, but his mother reminded him that he has to be responsible for the day to day running of the cafe. She has asked him to consider it carefully. Alex was asked if he is looking for a business partner such as Stephy so that she can help to bake the cake? Alex said "It is good for the publicity."
