Actress and presenter host Ali Lee (李佳芯) attended the press conference for TVB’s live Show “Rio Olympics 2016”-《里約奧運2016》held in Tsim Sha Tsui and was announced to be the host of its live broadcast. Ali revealed that she has a particular fondness with the Olympics as she “had joined the industry back in 2008, and was hosting the Beijing Olympics at that time. I was introducing the different stadiums and it felt like I was shooting a travel show program.” Ali was asked if she has done her research homework in preparation for this role, she smiled and said she has been watching the diving and gymnastics and revealed she will be in charge of reporting the match updates and highlights of the day. In regards to whether she will be watching the opening ceremony with her actor boyfriend Danny Chan (陳炳銓), she exclaimed that despite the opening at 6am, she’ll still be watching it whoever’s with her. ~~~ cred: oncc
