Amy Winehouse has been granted a US visa, but will not perform live at the Grammys, her representatives have said. The singer had previously been denied entry to the US and had made plans to perform at the awards ceremony on Sunday via a satellite link from London. Her spokesman said: 'Following further discussions involving the US Embassy in London and officials in the United States, Amy Winehouse has been granted a visa to enter the United States of America. 'Unfortunately, due to the logistics involved and timing complications, Amy will not be travelling to the US to perform at the Grammys in person. However, she will be performing via satellite broadcast as previously announced.' Earlier, Winehouse checked out of the Capio Nightingale clinic in north London, where she had been since January 24, to rehearse for her performance. Winehouse, 24, was determined to perform at the Grammys, where she is nominated for six awards. Her nominations are Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Female Performance, Album of the Year, Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album. ITV News
