Wednesday July 18, 2007 Hong Kong Andy is launching his new Mandarin album Miracle World today. At the Commercial Radio interview yesterday, host Cha Xiao Xin presented him with greeting card & champagne to wish his good sale of the album. When he opened the bottle of champagne the popping sound was so loud that it gave him a fright! Andy indicated he has not released Mandarin album last 2 yrs, he will set off to Taiwan & mainland for the promo of the album. At the end of the month he will then be back to HK for the autograph sessions. In this album he wrote 5 songs, one of which is called ‘No Snow in winter’. This song aims to promote the awareness of protecting the environment. Andy said, “This song is on the effect on global warming, I had read newspapers before & learnt that even Eskimos queue up to buy air-conditioning units. I thus wrote this song, Usually I sue the free time I have during filming to write songs, as filming really can give u quite a lot of free time.” The album cover gives one a feeling of a fairy tale, like a fable book. To coordinate the gentleness of a fairy tale, he specially dyed his hair to the shadow of green, & put on a light green contact lens, so the entire feeling is like that in the world of fairy tale. credits: appledaily.
