Animated gif maker

    not sure if this is the right place but anyways...

    1. does anyone know of a site where i can convert video to animated gifs? i've been using gifninja but having problems with the site recently...

    or

    2. is there an easy to use software where you can edit the video and design your own animated gifs too...used win movie maker to edit but it seems to lag a few secs at the begining.

    sorry for bothering and thanks a lot.

    One of them should work

    2) Program:
    Total Video Converter can convert most video formatts to gif allowing you to adjust the parts you want, quality and size
