    I didn't quite understand the vid .. bad Chinese .. why the old lady kept saying "chicken". Anyway, can ppl put up film like this? Ppl can definitely record things for their joyful private viewing but putting it online is another thing. Can those in the vid sue? Cuz if it was me, I would. Even TMZ has to get permission before running it on television ...

    heres what i think happened. the kid with the flag is mentally challenged. he touched the lady in pinks purse so she confronted the kid. the kid cant really defend himself so the old canto lady was.
    and the kids filming are bunch of white queers gigglin like little girls
