Another Web Design Question

Now that I understand FTP, i want to know how to create the actual page, i understand basic HTML

and i know how to slice fireworks documents into html. just began using dreamweaver. how do i make the basic layout of the

page, nav bars the little tables and stuff.

edit:I also have many software available to my disposal, (adobe suite, Microsoft office, macromedia studio)

 

oh, yeah, i been there for bout an hour, couldn't really find what i was looking for

 

where do i find the templates, i tried some dreamweaver ones, but they seem hard to modify

 

I have some video tutorials that I could upload for you if you still want which could help you understand more about the program and how to do stuff in it.
