    u mean and all in one or multiple standalone apps?
    I'd go with mcafees security suite 2006. it covers all of the above.

    antivir for the antivirus and Ad-Aware for adware..both are freeware...good luck

    install one of these:
    bitcomet
    bitlord
    utorrent

    dl this and open it..and then ur off:

    use norton internet security,so far i only trust norton antivirus even though the updates and the scan is pretty long and annoying sometimes it is still worth it

    trend micro pc-cillin internet security, norton is too cumbersome

    depending on his system....if it can handle norton..as its processor intensive.

    then again..i've success with only norton internet security on many systems...

    ad aware, spybot and yahoo antispy are the best combination

    Ive always used norton, yes it is a resource hog, but its never failed me, always caught those viruses lurking in my downloads and I trust it

    I used trend micro, I think its new and not that popular but it works really well. def not a resource hog. I think its the most resouce friendly ones i used compared to the popular ones

    norton internet security is very effective....i've installed that on clients pcs that were like p2s and it worked...trend micro is also a very good one...
