Hi all, I am trying to do a research project on patient's feeling in a hospital experience while giving birth. No names would be mentioned in this project, I just want to get the idea of the amount of stress/pain/worries/ and other matters when one is getting into hospital and about to give birth. - What are the process? - Who's around? - What was your feeling? Hopefully I'll be able to present this project to a real hospital to improve the experience for all the soon to be mom. Thanks all.
What about women who's given birth before, are they going to be more or less stressed by the experience? Are you picking those who have given birth before or just first timers? How would you mimic the same type of setting? Which hospital would you choose and why? How will the set up of the room affect their stress? Say if there was TV for them to watch or not. Will they be given a overview of the process? How will it be explained so they are less stressed? Who would be allowed in the room besides the nurses and doctors?
Hey ecko, these are some great questions you've got. Would you mind if I collaborate them into this forum so that I get some nice feedback from people?
