Every country in the world wants citizens that are intelligent, educated, and can ultimately be productive towards their society. The US Army has hit on this as an interesting way to harvest academically advanced soldiers by offering them citizenship; a way to kill two national interests birds with one stone. The Military not only gets smarter soldiers but the US winds up with better citizens; essentially, by enticing them with US citizenship and recruiting them from other countries. In a rush?
