My uncle who turned totally bald for no reason, regrew his hair. He attributed it to vitamins. What do you folks think?
eat the fat choi , since i unno, it has some connection with tau fat ( olden folk) and soy sauce since its made of hair, eat hair to grow hair, yi ying bo ying
Mix 8 ounces of peanut butter and a tablespoon each of soy sauce and the blood of a virgin goat and rub it on his head twice daily for 3 weeks.
I think it's vitamin E and K for hair growth (and nails too). Could be wrong though. Maybe just take multivitamins, it would be easier
I think it was vitamin B too, and if you have a biotin deficiency, that works too. Basically, just include lots of proteins in your diet cause proteins contribute to hair growth. Oh, and stay stress-free cause that is usually a huge factor for hair thinning/loss.
soy sauce is made of hair?!?! my grandma said one time eating ants... don't know if she was joking or not. i wouldn't want to try...
Try the "hair, nail and skin" vitamin from GNC. I have been taking it for years and find that it helps. Scalp treatment also helps. You can buy the products and use it at home, as going to the saloon for that can get pretty expensive as you need to do it on a regular basis to see results. Try this product Rene Furterer. They are quite expensive but I find it pretty effective.
