does anyone know how to applay themes, like from deviantart.com that is permanent? i noe u hafta create a file in C:/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes and have the .msstyles go in there, but everytime i go to display properties/appearance and themes, its not there. some help?
you could also do it without any 3rd party software by modifying the uxtheme.dll which i did...i could give you a tutorial if your interested.
