Terrible driver would be an understatement. However, that victim could have looked around her. Must have been playing on her phone or listening to music... Interesting note: You can see that the car on front pressed the break pedal just before the crash, so why didn't he/she move forward AFTER the collision?
Somehow this seems fake to me.. like there is no way the umbrella can cover up her body so perfectly.. and driver is not Chinese.. this guy..
