hi everyone, i'm new to these forums and up until now, i have only been listening to japanese songs. i'm thinking i should start expanding my listening range and i wana start with chinese ballads!. so, if you could recommend some of the BEST chinese artists with ballady songs then your help would be greatly appreciated! thanks, SamBo
janice vidal has beautiful music, u should check out all her albums, they are realli worth listenin too... By the way, welcome to popularasians
David Tao, Jay Chou, Wang Lee Hom... definitely the kings of Mandarin ballads (in my opinon). and yeah Janice. Eason's not bad either. =D
if u want to try older cantopop singers, jacky cheung, anita mui, alan tam, leslie cheung, sally yip... they're really good (just not current, lol)
i think janice vidal and justin lo have pretty good ballads... i think korean ballads are great too so if you don't mind you can give korean music a try as well =)
