Does that mean that I only keep on telling myself that I crave chocolate that I actually want/crave chocolate?! -shock

Let me go and calm myself down with a Lindt -tongue2

I know I'm not addicted but I do have moments I really crave for choco cake, warm choco milk or creamy chocolate bonbons. :p *eyes on that red chocolate box*

"One way, said Professor Rogers, was to try thinking about a piece of fruit each time you thought about chocolate, in the hope that your cravings might transfer to the healthier option."

that usually doesnt even work for me....id end up having fruit and some chocolate... =/

The ones with 75-85% cocoa are actually alot tastier then the regular chocolates.

ha.. but i do believe he may be right to certtain extent.. that its a psychological effect rather than physiological.. i dun restrain myself from eating.. and perhaps that why im not addicted..

Hmm...I always thought that it was the sugar fix that got you 'high', and not the chocolate itself. I get that feel good feeling after eating ice-cream too. But it is true that there are cravings at certain points of the menstrual cycle.
