The ratings for the first week of The Bitter Bitten averaged with a good 32 points. During the promotion function yesterday, the producer joked with Benny with a snake (as in Charmaine Sheh). He didn't mind being joked with and says he is not afraid of Charmaine.

Yesterday The Bitter Bitten's Benny Chan, Michael Tong, Shirley Yeung, and other attended the promotion function and all of the actresses brought out dogs. The producer saw thet Benny's hands were empty so he gave him a real snake, scaring him to death.

Afterwards Benny expressed that he doesn't mind being joked with because everytime they always use snakes (Charmaine) to joked with him. But because this time the snake did not get its teeth pulled out, it was ten times scarier. He said, "I don't know why I'm so afraid of snakes but I am very good friends with them. (Then are you afraid of Ah Sheh?) I am scared of neither."

Because both Benny's series, The Pillowcase of Mystery and The Bitter Bitten, had great ratings, he wanted to invite the production team out for dinner. But since he is currently busy filming new series 《搜神傳 》, he does not have the chance to.

I'm so glad to see Benny again in series lately. He's such a cute guy, especially in Bitter Bitten. I like to see him when he's serieus thinking about something!! :)

Well then you should watch A Pillowcase of Mystery. He's pretty serious in there. Except in a few scenes.
