McDonalds. They have quality control so their food should be more or less the same level everywhere.

The Japanese food near Greenwich/NYU area are great, very authentic especially if you are looking for ramen and other hot dishes.

shake shack is good the burgers are pretty tasty a little greasy but not that bad. I like blue nine burger on 3rd ave for the late night snack. chinatown by far has the cheapest food in the area but there's a decent all you can eat seafood place called todai on 33rd street and 5th ave. (i think) If you like meat then a Brazilian BBQ is good all you can eat as well but will set you back a couple of bucks.

For the shake shack I suggest on a weekend afternoon the lines are shorter and get a concrete it's their form of a milk shake very good on a hot summer day :)

I know that Northern Blvd has alot of korean restaurants! They are soo good too...As for Korean Town, well it quite expensive there compared to flushing. The KOrean Restaurants at Broadway is really good but it quite expenisive like i said. I spent 100 dollar eating with my sister in this restaurant where a woman was playing some sort of lute and wore the Korean Traditional dress. It was a nice restuarant.
