    1. Miami
    DUH!

    2. Chicago
    An addition of Boozer to a team already on the rise!

    3. Golden State Warriors
    David Lee! Jeremy Lin. Enough said? High probability the team will make 7-8th seed.

    4. New York
    They went from nobody to nobody with Amare and tons of money to attract someone over....I guess thats a good bump up..No?

    seriously if they don't win a championship within 3 years they'll be the most disappointing trio of all time topping the O'neal, Bryant, Malone, Payton...Lakers..
